The base material of Rockfon ceiling products is stone wool (resin bonded mineral wool) produced according to the principles of a volcanic eruption. By means of patented technology, stone is melted and transformed into wool with binders being added. In the following processes, the wool is shaped and cut according to specification and turned into ceiling tiles of various sizes, thicknesses and densities.
